What place do youths have in our economic system ?

Youths will have to assume the social cost of our society just like our parents had to do for many years. However, in the 60's and 70's until the beginning of the 80's, baby boomers had the opportunity to take there place on the market place. Today, baby boomers occupy important and prestigious jobs. This said, are we going to have the same opportunities ?

It is clear that youths today have a hard time finding there place on the market place. Few of us occupy promising jobs. Some blame the baby boomers; "they took everything and wont share anything". In my opinion why can't blame the baby boomers. The baby boomers where opportunistic and acted like mere mortals by exploiting there chances to the maximum with disregard to the next generation.

Youths have to take there place on the market place. First of all, we are more creative and intelligent then the baby boomers or any generation before us (evolution by Darwin). We have to exploit those resources; try to demonstrate to the market place our many talents or to become our own boss. Secondly, we have to implicate ourselves in the political process. It is the political process that determine the rules that the market place abide to. We have to make sure that those rules favor the integration of youths on the market place. These examples are just that examples, they don't represent the solution to our problems but a begging of the fight.
